Cancellation of One-Time Services:

Free Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are free of charge.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of £25. This fee covers the cost of time allocated to your service and technician availability.
No-Show or Unavailable Contact: If you do not show up for a scheduled service and have not notified us of your cancellation, a no-show fee may apply, covering the technician's time and travel expenses.

Cancellation of Service Plans:

Monthly Plans:

No Refunds: No refunds will be issued for the remaining days of the current billing cycle. The cancellation will be effective from the next billing cycle.

Annual Plans:

Pro-Rata Refunds: Refunds for unused months of service will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.
Administrative Fee: A £50 administrative fee will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds for Prepaid One-Time Services:

If you have prepaid for a one-time service or repair and wish to cancel, you will be eligible for a refund if the cancellation occurs more than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after confirmation of the cancellation. For cancellations within 24 hours or no-show situations, a cancellation fee may apply.

Rescheduling Services:

If you need to reschedule your service appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time slot. If rescheduling occurs within 24 hours of the appointment, additional fees may apply depending on availability.

If you need to cancel or reschedule due to an emergency, please inform us as soon as possible, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request without penalty. However, depending on the situation, a cancellation fee may still apply.
